Me: Danke! Es gibt alternative Firmware für den Tronxy X5, basierend auf Marlin z.B. auf Thingiverse:

Somit sollten die Abmessungen der Achsen kein Problem sein, denn das könnte man (wenn überhaubt nötig) im Quellcode von Merlin setzen. Für vollautomatisches Autoleveling müsste zumindest ein Abstandssensor implementiert werden, ob das Board das hergibt, kann ich nicht sagen. Teilautomatisches Leveln mit Anfahren der Eckpunkte über das Druckermenü sollte mit Merlin ebenfalls machbar sein - das genaue "Wie" kann ich aber nicht beschreiben, denn Firmware-Experimente habe ich (noch) nicht unternommen.

Me: You must find those values experimentaly. MinDutyCycle is the duty cycle when your motor starts spinning. MaxDutyCycle limits the maximum power delivered to your motor. So if your setup shows to much overshooting or "bad vibrations" and you can't stop that by reducing the proportional factor, you should reduce MaxDutyCycle.

Ich habe mir neue Motoren bestellt , da der Motor für die X Achse bei meinen Tronxy X5 kaputt gegangen ist ( direkt nach dem ersten Test Druck ) , muss ich den ausgetauschten Motor erst neu einstellen und falls ja wo, da dieser im zustand AN den Stopper der X Achse völlig ignoriert und somit überdreht

Me: Der Schrittmotor ist kaputt gegangen?!? Das halte ich für seeehr unwahrscheinlich (auch wenn nichts unmöglich ist..). Wenn der Enschalter ignoriert wird, ist an diesem bestimmt ein Kabel locker oder gebrochen. Besonders direkt an den Lötstellen am Endschalter unter dem Schrumpfschlauch passiert das hin und wieder (so wie mir).

One of the four wires of the servo motor is also defined for the stepper motors..(same pin two for motors? ?)

Me: Ground is the pin that all devices are connected to. Without having a look at your circuit, I can't say what you are doing wrong. Photos or a video would be helpful. Have a look at the column Contact.

ich gratuliere zu einer gelungenen Review.
Der "Michel" ist ein durch und durch gelungener Drucker.

Ich empfehle lediglich den "lauten" Gehäuselüfter gegen zwei leiser drehende zu ersetzten und, wer möchte noch eine Luftumlenkung nach hinten zu drucken.

Mir gefallen Deine Videos sehr gut, auf Grund dieser habe ich mich auch zum Kauf des anet e10 entschieden.

Me: Im Vergleich zu meinen anderen Druckern ist der Michalangelo so leise, dass mich der Lüfter im Gehäuse überhaupt nicht stört. Eventuell ist der bei deinem Gerät auch lauter als bei meinem. Wenn meiner im Laufe der Nutzung ebenfalls lauter werden sollte, komme ich auf deinen Mod zurück - danke für's teilen.
Der E10 ist aber nicht sonderlich gut in meinem Test weggekommen (defektes Netzteil, zu großes Teflonröhrchen im Hotend). Ich hoffe, du hattest mit deinem weniger Ärger.

Me: The wiring is noted with the GPIO and pin header numbers (InA to GPIO 11 = P1-26). Use the pin header numbers to avoid getting confused by BCM or wiringPi numbers.

I dissasembled the printer again and found where the 2cm screw has to go, lol... it was one of motors in the Y axis, now i've got just one problem left , Z axis metal bearings to Igus one's ... how the heck do i do that? There are not too many parts to assemble and especially in the last picture that shows the assembled machine from all views, you should be able to figure out where to mount what part. Me: Wie gut die Präzision ist, muss sich noch zeigen. Ich hatte noch keine Gelegenheit, alles zu testen. Das werde ich noch nachholen, wenn das Video zur v3.2.2 erstellt wird. Prinzipiell ist der Stahlrahmen von 3.2.1 ein wenig verwindungssteifer und der verzieht sich garantiert nicht. Schlecht ist der Kasten aus Spanplatten aber keinesfalls.

Jedoch funktionieren dann nur die Schrittmotoren und der Servo macht nichts.

Es ist wahrscheinlich besser wenn ich das Programm mit

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install wiringpi
neu installiere

Oder was meinen Sie?

Me: Das wäre zumindest einen Versuch wert. Die Zeile

ist wohl mittlerweile nötig.
Die Zeile zum compillieren muss auch geändert werden zu:
gcc v-plotter.c -o v-plotter -I/usr/local/include -L/usr/local/lib -lwiringPi -lpthread -lm

Ich muss das Programm wohl nochmal mit einer neuen Version von Raspbian testen...

ich habe einen Rassperri pi 3B mit der aktuellsten Version von Raspbian.
Jedesmal wenn ich das Programm Compilen möchte,
wird folgender Fehler angezeigt

v-plotter.c: In function ´main´:
v-plotter.c:648:3:warning: implicit declaration of function ´softPwmWrite´                       [-Wimplicit-function-declaration] softPWMWrite(Z_SERVO, SERVOUP)_

Me: In der readme.txt war noch die Installationsanweisung für die alte Version von wiringPi. Mittlerweile ist das Paket über:
sudo apt-get update
sudo ap-get install wiringpi
zu installieren. Eventuell liegt da der Hund begraben. Da es sich erst einmal nur um eine Warnung handelt, sollte das Programm aber dennoch compilliert worden sein.

ja - wenn ich die Spindel starte fliegt mir das um die Ohren :). Die Limit Switches funktionieren tadellos, wenn ich die Spindel aus lasse. Ich habe mir nun ein Shield gebaut, das Optokoppler zwischen Arduino und Endschalter "zwischen schaltet".

Leider tritt das Problem noch immer auf :(. Als nächsten Schritt werde ich wohl die Kabel der Switches (und Stepper) durch geschirmte ersetzen müssen... Ich werde berichten :).

Hast Du sonst noch eine andere Idee?

Me: Es ist also offensichtlich der Motor, der Störungen verursacht. Größere Entstörkondensatoren (Keramik-Kondensator) direkt zwischen den Motoranschlüssen und Motorgehäuse könnten helfen.

Me: You need stepper motors having a phase current of less than 2A at 5V or 12V, because I am controlling the motors with constant voltage through H bridges.

This game is good as well, but as others have said the binary algorithm seems to be slightly flawed. Also maybe reverse the situation (convert denary to binary and to hex - would make it more interesting. Again, as I said, CSS needs some work but otherwise great!

Hätte da eine frage, wenn ich mir den arduino sketch anschaue, hast du DIR und PWM für die H Brücken definiert.
Die H Brücken werden also nicht mit PWM an Eneble gesteuert sondern an einem der beiden Eingänge oder?
Läuft dann der Motor nicht in eine Richtung schneller als in die andere?

Me: Ja, die Brücken werden über die beiden Eingänge mit PWM signalen angesteuert, keinesfalls über den Enable Eingang. Läuft ein Motor Rückwärts, so wird das PWM-Signal im Sketch mit 255-DutyCycle errechnet, damit Vorwärts- und Rückwärtsgeschwindigkeit gleich sind.
Interruptsteuerung ermöglicht höhere Motorgeschwindigkeiten, ist also keine schlechte Idee.

Great work and I are learning a lot. I am new to this and are experimenting with the DC motors and encoders but are having problems getting the motors to run as in your cnc v3 project. The motors run perfectly for counting up and down. It is with the compiling of the commands-cnc etc files. I have win 7 and latest MINGW compiler but it will not recognize the -lm command.
I hope you can explain this for me.

erst einmal vielen Dank für Deine tolle Anleitung hier. Habe die Spindel in Betrieb nehmen können, AAABER:
Ich habe Limit Switches angeschlossen und die HardLimits deaktiviert ($21=1). Wenn ich nun mit m3 s1000 die Spindel starte, erhalte ich direkt einen HardLimit Alarm. Mit deaktivierten HardLimits funktioniert das. Ich habe an der Spindel einen 100nF Kondensator angebracht, in der Hoffnung, dass das Störungen beseitigt. Hast Du irgendeine Idee, was ich machen kann?

Me: If you can really handle an angle grinder you can cut the bars with the same precision as with a hacksaw. Since you are asking, I guess you are not that practiced in handling that tool. Be careful!

Me: This CNC is way too slow to become a 3D printer. Another thing is that you would have to do your own coding to make it run as a filament printer. I will build an own 3D printer from scratch when I have finished my CNC v3.2 project that is currently under development. Stay tuned!

To improve the efficiency you could use a poly phase stepper motor as an alternator, and several bridged rectifier diodes to convert their AC output to DC.


Me: Rectifiers eat a noticeable portion of the electric power you are generating. There is a lot to say about efficiency in power grids.

Why do you build this version?

Me: I build this machine for the Berlin Maker Faire March 25-27 2018. It will be displayed at the Siemens stand. The idea is to make it as accurate as v3.2.1 (or better). I am using wood, because some people asked if it could be made cheaper and simpler to build than the iron frame.

A wooden frame? That sounds interesting. Are the linear guides also made out of wood?

Me: No, because that would not be precise enough. I am using 20x20mm Aluminum bars.
