I liked it very much.
You need an encoder to rotate the engine with an encoder and an Arduino.
Is it necessary to have another Arduino for G code?
If so how can I do that

Me: My CNC v2.0 runs 4 motors (3 axes) with a single Arduino Uno (as long as the pulses per second from the encoder aren't too high). Making it understand G-code means making changes to the terminal program that runs on the host PC. So the answer is "Yes", but I haven't done that coding, yet.

I've been watching your YT videos for several years now.But I must say about the latest video about the R10, that is a work of sensible engineering so far.It's wheels are well thought out, no awkward turning. Who knows?, the ESA is probably going to ask for your R10.

Me: Thanks, but the mecanum wheel isn't something new, it was envented in 1972:
However if ESA has some payload to offer for free, the moon would be a nice mission target for one of my rovers ;-)

Hallo Norbert,

vielen Dank für deine Arbeit an so großartigen Projekten!
Dank deinen Anleitungen versteht man wie die ganzen Geräte funktionieren.
Die Bauanleitung sind sehr einfach und übersichtlich gehalten, was mich dazu bewegt hat selber eine CNC-Fräse zu bauen mit der ich später für unseren CCC-Erfakreis eine größere und etwas bessere Fräse bauen kann.
Die Präzision der Fräsen ist echt beachtlich wenn man die einfache Bauweise in betracht zieht.

Me: Welches Modell hast du dir denn als Vorlage herausgepickt? Gibt's Bilder / Videos von deiner CNC? Kein Nachbau ist eine 1 zu 1 Kopie und es gibt immer was neues zu entdecken.
Danke auch für die Spende. Ich werde das Geld in die Entwicklung von CNC v3.2 stecken, für die ich gerade eine neue Software schreibe.

Kann man auch einen 3D Drucker aus deiner neusten CNC Fräse bauen?

Me: 3D-Drucker benötigen eine leichte Mechanik, um schnelle Bewegungen zuzulassen. CNC-Fräsen sollten massiv gebaut sein, um den Fräser mit hoher Seitenkraft durch das Material treiben zu können. Eine gute CNC-Fräse ist somit immer ein schlechter, weil grottenlangsamer 3D-Drucker. Umgekehrt ist ein guter, schnellder 3D-Drucker eine schlechte Fräse.
